Can I change the status of a fulfilled order in FlavorCloud?
Once you fulfill an order in FlavorCloud, it creates a shipment label and a tracking number.
The shipment status is automatically updated based on carrier scans. By using carrier scans, your order status updates in real-time. As a result, the order always has the latest verified status of the order.
Because this process is automated, there is no need to change an order’s status manually.
To avoid any extra work on your part, FlavorCloud does not allow order statuses to be manually updated after the order is fulfilled.
