(U.S. Customs) The Harmonized Tariff Schedules of the United States (HTS) is an organized listing of goods and their import duty rates which is used as the basis of classifying products for entry to the United States. Column 1 duty rates in the HTS are low and apply to imports from countries that have achieved Most Favored Nation (MFN) trading status with the United States.
