Foreign Trade Zones Board

(U.S. Customs) The administrative group responsible for the establishment, maintenance and administration of foreign trade zones in the United States under the Foreign Trade Zone Act. The Foreign Trade Zones Board consists of the U.S. Secretary of Commerce who is chairman and executive officer of the Board, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of the Army.
