Trade Tariff Act of 1930

(U.S. law) U.S. statutes originally enacted in 1930 and amended periodically that impose duties payable for the importation of articles into the United States and that contain schedules of the duties for specific merchandise. The Act is found at 19 United States Code, sections 1202, et seq.
