Where can I find the status of a shipment?

In FlavorCloud, you see a list of all orders in your Orders tab, regardless of their status. There are details for the order on each row, including a tracking number, shipment date, order number, and more. On the row, you will also see the “Tracking Status.” 

This status can be any of the following: 

  • In Progress: The order is still being fulfilled. This status will stay until the order has been fulfilled and dropped off to ship. 
  • In Transit: The order has at least been dropped off for shipment. This status will remain “In Transit” until the order is delivered. 
  • Delivered: The order has successfully been delivered to the customer. 

This status is a high-level overview of the status. For more detailed tracking information, click on the tracking link, and you will see the most current information and any previous information as well.
