No problem. FlavorCloud is platform-agnostic and works with any ecommerce or TMS/WMS system.
Return label generation requires that we originally shipped the outgoing shipment for the same order. You must provide the original shipment reference to create a return, and the outbound shipment must have been picked up by carrier with status set to "In Transit."
Yes, you do not need to manually update return status. Carrier scans update the statuses automatically. Check return status anytime in the Returns tab of your dashboard.
Yes, FlavorCloud supports duty drawback on qualifying returns. If the outbound shipment was DDP and the return is linked to that order, we handle the customs documentation needed to reclaim duties, so you don’t pay taxes twice and your margins stay protected.
