Shipping labels ensure that your shipments reach their destination accurately and on time. They can be edited and actioned within your FlavorCloud App to ensure accuracy and avoid issues with delivery.
Carriers require that all international shipping labels use alphabet letters for names and addresses. Characters from languages such as Mandarin/Chinese, Korean, or Arabic are not accepted.
For Shopify Plus merchants, FlavorCloud recommends using Address Validator to disable non-Latin characters.
The sender address on shipping labels is automatically pulled from the Location section in your FlavorCloud account settings. By default, this is set to your account address.
