Your order appears in the Orders section of your FlavorCloud dashboard and you manage them directly in the FlavorCloud app.
Orders can be created in FlavorCloud in multiple ways:

To fulfill an order, you can fulfill individually in the order details page.
As the order is being fulfilled FlavorCloud is creating:
The international shipping label and customs doc are electronically forwarded to the carrier. Learn more Managing your carriers.
You can fulfill one or several orders by selecting the orders you would like to fulfill and picking the “Fulfill” option from the “Actions” menu at the top of the order grid.
To avoid cancellations or issues, you can set up a “remorse period”. A “remorse period” is a set amount of time customers can cancel their orders—no questions asked! This is a common safety net many online stores opt to offer their customers if they change their minds or want to add on to or change their orders.
FlavorCloud allows merchants to run stores their way. We support the “remorse period” by not fulfilling orders until you select “fulfill.” This allows the flexibility for your store to offer any amount of time for your store’s remorse period.

From the Orders Grid page you can archive order. This is an optional task, that can clean up already actioned or unactionable orders.
