EU PID Office Hours: October 30, 2026
The EU Product Identifier (PID) requirement takes effect 1 November 2026. In this office hours session, FlavorCloud's trade compliance, product, and customer success teams answered merchants' live questions. Topics include who assigns the NS-PID, when an S-PID can be declared as NONE, when your SKU can serve as a PID, and how to set up PID fields in Shopify.
Featuring Felipe Alonso (Director of Trade Compliance), Bradley Walsh (Product Manager), Anna Hancks and Keali Collier (Customer Success), and CJ Towle (Product Marketing).
