Tariff Tracking
Upcoming:
- US to eliminate USD $800 de minimis on Made in China and Hong Kong goods starting May 2nd. Read more about the impact and Formal & Informal clearance. Read more about impact and what this mean on our blog.
- All postal shipments with made in China goods will face either the ad valorem duty or a specific duty of $100 per postal item on May 2 and increase to $200 on June 1st.
Currently active:
- USA tariffs on Mexico: 25% on most imports except goods that qualify under USMCA; 10% for Potash
- USA on Canada: 25% on most imports except goods that qualify under USMCA; 10% for Potash;
- USA on China: Cumulative 145% on all goods, plus legacy tax and tariffs based on the item.
- USA on Rest of the World: 10% tariff on all goods, 25% on automobiles, steel, and aluminum
Reciprocal
- Canada on US: 25% on select goods plus cars, steel, and aluminum from the US.
- China on US: 125% on all Made in US goods plus 10-15% on certain non consumer goods in the natural resources and agricultural industries.
