FlavorCloud Suspends Shipping to Russia | FlavorCloud
As the world watches the shocking events unfold in Ukraine, FlavorCloud has made the decision to #StandWithUkraine and block all international shipping services to Russia through our Global Carrier Network.
At FlavorCloud, we are proud to participate in the international community, powering merchants worldwide—at our core, we believe in connecting the world. We are committed to supporting anywhere-to-anywhere shipping—but given the recent conflict and its escalation—we want to support peace and stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine.
What This Means for Merchants shipping to Russia
If you are a merchant who ships to Russia, your consumers will no longer be able to select Russia for international shipping services. This means you will no longer be able to fulfill orders to Russia using the FlavorCloud service. Any parcels currently in transit will not be impacted and will be delivered via our network as agreed.
Shipping to Ukraine
Expect service disruptions to items shipped to Ukraine. Some carriers have suspended services, and many local post offices are closed. If you have any concerns about parcels in transit to Ukraine, please get in contact.
We Stand with Ukraine
We are devastated to see armed conflict erupt and our hearts go out to the victims living through this tragedy. We hope for a quick resolution and a return to peace in Ukraine.
