What is the Analytics Dashboard in FlavorCloud?
The Analytics Dashboard is a feature within FlavorCloud that provides users with key performance indicators (KPIs) and other valuable data insights.

How do I access the Analytics Dashboard?
To access the Analytics Dashboard, log in to your FlavorCloud account and select “Dashboard” from the left-hand navigation menu.

How often is the data on the analytics dashboard updated?
The data on the analytics dashboard is updated four times daily, allowing you to stay up-to-date on the latest information and make informed decisions quickly.
What information is available in the dashboard?
| Orders by country | This bar graph shows the chosen range’s top 10 countries by order volume. This visualization can help you identify your top markets and adjust your marketing and fulfillment strategies accordingly. |
| Shipments by country | This bar graph shows the chosen range’s top 10 countries by shipment volume. This visualization can help you identify your top markets and adjust your fulfillment and shipping strategies accordingly. |
| Average shipping rate by date | This trend line shows the average shipping rate over time. This visualization can help you track shipping costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. |
| Average shipping rate by country | This bar graph shows the chosen range’s top 10 countries by average shipping rate. This visualization can help you identify cost-saving opportunities by country. |

User Permissions
Who can access the Analytics Dashboard?
User permissions for the Analytics Dashboard can be set by the account Store Owner and Customer Admin, allowing access to be restricted to specific users or groups.
How can I set my users’ permissions for the analytics dashboard?
On the bottom of the Users page, check the box associated with the user type you would like to gain access to the dashboard.
How can the Analytics Dashboard help me improve my business?
