How can I receive my FlavorCloud invoices automatically?

Can FlavorCloud send users on my account invoices automatically?

The FlavorCloud app allows users to configure a list of desired email addresses to receive FlavorCloud invoices automatically once they are generated.

How do I set up email addresses to automatically receive invoices in FlavorCloud?

You can configure the set of email addresses to receive invoices automatically in the ‘Payments’ section within the app.

  • Navigate to the Payments section under the Account menu on the left.
  • At the bottom of the section, you will find “Invoice Emails.”
  • Click enter an email address and click “Add” to add the emails to the invoice email distribution for this account.

Is there a limit to the number of email addresses I can add for automatic invoice receipt?

You can have up to 10 users receiving email invoices automatically.

What kind of email validation does FlavorCloud perform when adding email addresses for automatic invoice receipt?

FlavorCloud only validates the email format and performs no other validation, meaning arbitrary email addresses can be added.

Please use care and attention when adding new emails to ensure that invoices aren’t sent to an unintended recipient.

Can I edit or remove email addresses I’ve previously added for automatic invoice receipt?

  • Navigate to the Payments section under the Account menu on the left.
  • At the bottom of the section, you will find “Invoice Emails.”
  • Click on the ‘X’ to the right of the email address you wish to remove.
  • You will be prompted for confirmation before the email is removed.

Will existing invoices be sent to the newly added email addresses?

Newly added email addresses will only receive invoices in the future and will not receive any existing invoices.

How often and when will I receive FlavorCloud invoices?

Emails that have been added will receive invoices electronically according to the account’s invoicing cadence. For most accounts, this is daily.

Emails are sent at midnight PST and reflect the transactions of the account’s invoicing period.

Can I still manually send invoices to other email addresses even if I have automatic invoice receipt set up?

Even if invoices are automatically sent, you can still access invoices in the app as you always have, under Invoices on the lefthand menu.

What should I do if an email address is not receiving invoices despite being added to the list?

If an email address is not receiving invoices despite being added to the list, try the following:

  1. Make sure the email address in the FlavorCloud app is correct.
  2. Ensure the emails are not being sent to a spam folder or blocked by your network policies.
  3. Contact support@flavorcloud.com for additional assistance.
