Tracking your orders and shipments 

Overview 

If you are tracking your orders and shipment, you can track directly in the FlavorCloud Admin. In FlavorCloud, shipments are identified by both an Order Number and a Tracking Number. These identifiers connect your store, your carrier, and your customers. You can also provide shoppers with a branded tracking page that reflects your store’s identity while keeping them informed about their shipment status. 

 

Order numbers vs. tracking numbers 

  • Order Number: Generated by your ecommerce platform. In the FlavorCloud dashboard, you can click the order number to view order-level details. 
  • Tracking Number: Assigned by the carrier. This number lets you and your customer follow the shipment as it moves through the carrier’s network. 

Think of the order number as your store reference, and the tracking number as the carrier reference. 

Sharing a branded tracking page with customers 

Tracking links are automatically shared with shoppers via FlavorCloud integrations. If needed, you can also share a link manually: 

  1. In the FlavorCloud admin, select the order. 
  2. Click Track Shipment to open the branded tracking page. 
  3. Copy the URL and send it to your customer. 

Even if a shipment has multiple tracking numbers, the branded page consolidates them into one view.
