If you are tracking your orders and shipment, you can track directly in the FlavorCloud Admin. In FlavorCloud, shipments are identified by both an Order Number and a Tracking Number. These identifiers connect your store, your carrier, and your customers. You can also provide shoppers with a branded tracking page that reflects your store’s identity while keeping them informed about their shipment status.
Think of the order number as your store reference, and the tracking number as the carrier reference.
Tracking links are automatically shared with shoppers via FlavorCloud integrations. If needed, you can also share a link manually:
